Start Ulverston, Greenodd, Grizebeck, A595, Â Bekermet, St Bees. Â Up the coast for Lunch at Silloth. Round the top, Cardumock, Bowness on Solway. Going back down, Dalston stop at Caldbeck. Troutbeck, Ulswater, Coniston, Greenodd.
Cafe at Bootle is closed in September so will probably be at the Ravensglass ratty staion cafe. Â Plenty of cafes in Silloth for lunch. 170 miles.
